Spanning 220 m² over two floors, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, meeting and training facilities, six bedrooms, four restrooms, and a sauna. Accommodation is available for up to 16 guests, but the villa can host even larger gatherings.

The conference room includes a long table with comfortable seating for 14 people and two large screens with HDMI cables. Additional equipment includes a flip chart with markers, extension cords, pens, notepads, and post-it notes. For a more relaxed workshop environment, the upstairs lounge area offers sofas, armchairs, and a TV screen (also with HDMI access).
